Okay, I know that there are now new objects and particles.. but how can I map them?
I mean, if I want to make a map I go to MTA and start using San Andreas objects.. but SA-MP now has new objects.. they aren't on MTA..
Thanks

So?
Search on ''ingame object editor'', maybe that'll help.

A theory I thought of myself: Use a specific object model in the mapping program you're using, the best chance would be a ball or an arrow. Then, when converting those maps, search for that specific model and retrieve it's coordinates. Use those coordinates for the actual (new) object.
Best chance is to wait for a special object editor for those 'special' objects.
