You have to have all the right includes, all the right streamers, it says what you need in the script, if it does not auto make the Slots table in the db, you will have to make it yourself. I can compile it perfectly, just use your head and ****** what it says you need to run it.

1) Your host may not support mysql properly
2) ....you might not have entered the MYSQL info correctly.
3) Like whatcha said, use the right includes.

Yh i just realized that there is a script error, im waiting on a backup copy to come in my email from Mick88, it wont have slots tho. :/
