IF player goes afk in vehicle as passanger, driver drives far away and exits the vehicle so when passanger goes back from afk then vehicle postion will be reset to passanger, so driver losts his car.

if you understand what i mean.

Okay, let me see if I can understand this.

When a passenger of a vehicle goes AFK and the driver drives up the road, stops and gets out of the car it will all be fine until the passenger returns to the game - in which the vehicle will teleport to where the passenger was when they went AFK. Am I right?

yep, right.
This is as annoying as the get-in-as-passanger-and-run-through-walls-bug, i mean, you could place a car directly behind a fence, go to the other side and press G. You will run against the wall a few seconds, then you get ported into the car, the same as if the car's rollin' or drivin' away. With this Bug it is also possible to break in area51 if there's a gate or stuff

When entering as passenger, there should be additional check which would check if you are actually near that vehicle.

As I understand currently it works like ... You press G, client looks for nearest vehicle, calculates distance to it, sets timer and animation and when timer is triggered it simply puts player in the vehicle.
