Create Biz script - dfsadmin - 24.11.2010

Hi everyone
is there a script released for making bizzes yet ?
and if so where can i find it
i want to create all the cities open with houses bizzes and triple faction locations
for example

3 PD's SF LV and LS
2 Army BASES LS and SF (naval base)

if someone can help me with some advice
i would apreciate that
