That IP is your local network IP. So he was correct.

For that IP, you do not even have to be connected to a network. it;s just the IP of you computer / laptop.

Easy,

Download SA-MP Server, get a Gamemode script, compile it with PAWNO(SA-MP Server) and then run the server.

Add in your favorites : localhost:7777

localhost == 127.0.0.1

and port 7777 is by default, so either "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" is enough.

but people, when i try to open any gamemode it says Run time error 19: 'File or Function is not found'. I have tried the same thing with evert gamemode. Examples are Grand Lacerac
