Server LAN error - Mehtab - 24.11.2010

OK at first when i played the server on my brother computer with has internet connection it works. But when i open the same server in my pc which has no internet connection does not work it says.

Script[gamemodes/lslrp.amx]: Run time error 19: 'File or Function is not found'

Please help me
The server files is same as my brother computer

you forget add plugins in server.cfg?

i have tried with every single gamemode. None worked. I tryed the same gamemode in my friend's pc and it works, but not mine.

Or the plugins into the plugin folder.

I think that, your plugins or scriptfiles are missing..
