Simple Count FilterScript
What is it
It is a Simple Count FilterScript with a AntiSpam system. The Count will appear in the Chatbox if someone Types: /Count. After he did Count, he must wait 10 seconds to use it again. TIP: DONT REMOVE ANTISPAM BECAUSE IT IS BUGGY WITHOUT IT(If you type it manytimes and the other count is active still).
How can I install
The Installation is Very Simple. First, open "server.cfg" from the Direcory from your Server. Put on the "filterscripts" Line: "Count". Then put "Count.pwn" and "Count.amx" to "Filterscripts" folder. And You Are Done! 
(For new people, "Count.amx" can be created by compiling "Count.pwn". open PAWNO(script programm) and click Compile. Then you should have Count.amx).
