Unstable ping - Dufraisne - 22.11.2010

When i ping a server on the sa-mp main window the ping is usually 90-94.

But when i join the server, the ping on the TAB list goes up to 300-400 for me.

Why is this happening? My PC is a beast, and i have NO lag in game. Its just my latency that goes sky-high when i join a server....

Do you have multicore cpu? Then alt + tab, task manager, processes, gta_sa.exe, right click and select all cores. You have to do it after every connect. This is the most annoying thing on SA:MP.

What OS do you use? I hear that this is a typical problem with Windows 7.

Yes i have Windows 7 and yes i have 4 core cpu, gonna try that luk ass

not only sa-mp problem mostly in every game, I had dual core I had lags like shit like on Battlefield 2 but I had all stuff needed to run it on biggest so its multi core shit stuff

try to clean your computer, this may happen because too much programs are using internet, suck like limewire and things like that

PING is related to internet, not fucking processors *rolls eyes* it's your internet. Even i have good internet but i get high pings. It's going to happen.
