Problem with lag and warning - Plaktukas - 21.11.2010

Hello i'm having a big problem, with my server. When i run samp server cap reaches 100+~ players ,large lag on the server starts for short times and again... My server is connected with MysQL , please help me.

I have another problems with server warning, someone know why in my server all players in places have take a warning?

p.s : sorry for bugs my English is very bad.
