server problem -

So i have a server my ip is 24.42.61.91:7777 And people try to join it says Server not responding i have tried everything disable fire wall uninstall Norton security nothing seems to work i have port forward otherwise my server wont be online

You have to port forward the port samp uses.
in this case: 7777.

Ok i have two address on :7777 and the other ip :24.42.61.91:7777
i have port forward

Maybe services like samp is being blocked within your isp.

Do you put:
Lanmode=> 0
And Announce=> 1

?

Change your port to something other than 7777 and 80, it should work. Also, when forwarding ports, make sure that the IP Address is assigned to the 'host.' I had this problem a while back, but, I found out that it was my router that was blocking TCP and UDP. You have to make sure the proper permissions are set.
What router do you use?
