and how to create item menu like here and when you buy something for S shop like pic 1 to save into item menu like pic 2

That thing in the red ring (rhymes, lol), is a pickup. You can read about it at WIKI.
To create such a menu - or list dialog. I would suggest to use Dynamic List Dialog include, which is specially ceated for this kind of thing, and makes it a bit easier.
