Hey guys so i just started playing this today and i found this server i like and played on it for a while and it was awesome! but anyways, i exited and came back later, and i keep getting a weird message every time it says "joining game" and then, well, look at this picture because i CAN NOT explain what it says... im very confused and i really want to play on this server again because i made some friends on there and i said i was coming back.. lol so can anybody tell me what happened because im totally confused.
and i tried clicking these buttons and it just spawns a guy in the sky and he falls and dies a bunch lol i cant get in to the normal game

Hey, there are a Russian server, SA-MP not good-encode there (only for Russian Keyboards)

Try a different server. These Russian servers are pretty good, but it's very hard to understand anything unless they have multi-lingual support.

Hi so I tried 5 other servers and im basically getting something that looks the same on all of them. The first day i played this i could get on every server i tried and now they all give me a weird screen like this, or something like this every time.. so i dont know what to do now

I'm not entirely sure. Do you want to play a Russion server or an English one? If you're confused about the writing it's just in a different language so all you'll have to do is find an English one.
I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the SA:MP community. It's good to see new players discovering San Andreas Multiplayer. I hope you fix your problem, sorry if I was a little useless but yeah. Enjoy your stay mate.

Well, Don't play on russian servers mate, theres alot of servers nowadays, english ones, depends on your style, search gamemonitor, or something, theres DM, RP, RPG servers, so yeah try on them, In my Opinion RP servers are fun, and never get boring, they have a goal, so try them out.
