Hello.
Why if you press F7 you turn off your chat + radar?
Is it possible to disable chat but KEEP the radar?
Because you can always disabe the radar in pause menu if people wants.

It's designed to turn the HUD off, to my belief. Mainly used for taking images.

you can Just Re-open the HUD from Options menu.

Is there any mod which keeps the radar visible even if we press F7 ?

I remember the Hud used to stay in older versions of SA-MP. If you really want to keep the radar, you may be able to go back to a 0.2X client or something like. But I don't think there are many 0.2X servers still open for public.
