Server don't start - Xcite - 19.11.2010

Hello , i have a problem with my server ,i have an hosted server and today i reinstalled the server and then i put my GameMode and i started the server but it didn't start . The server don't start with some Gamemodes ( in think in GM are some errors ) , and in console it saw :
ash: ./samp03svr: Permission denied
bash: ./samp03svr: Permission denied
bash: ./samp03svr: Permission denied

and errors like that : samp03svr: amx/amxfile.c:222: fputs_cell: Assertion `fp!=((void *)0)' failed.

Anyone to help me ? PLEASE !
