Hello guys, im planning to set-up a home server soon to host some websites on (with WAMP on windows XP)
So nothing special,

Well WAMP has the most stuff, but does anybody a free server software for windows xp that will work on WAMP(apache) (or maybe windows server 2008, but i really preffer xp with WAMP) ?

There are many free control panels, but they are all linux based and since a control panel is much easyer then messing on the server with config files...

buy plesk controll panel or take it trial for half year (its able to install on windows server only) come with apache and every thing, in my opinion if u want host websites use windows server if u used windows xp will be very slow hosting if u need my help pm.
i never saw any free server controll panel avaible on windows, if u need free controll panel you must use linux and perfere cnetOs 5
