How can I see my server CPU Usage.
And what's the normal CPU Usage ?

CTRL+ALT+DELETE, look at processes (sorry if wrong this word lol. I mean plural of an single process), and look at the process "samp-server.exe", of side it, has your user name; or side of your windows user, has the CPU Usage. THe normal mine's max 10-20, when loads any heavy config, like dini, etc.
