I never heard of a flies-object. Maybe there is a very small object, that just looks like a dirt-particle. If there is an object like that, you could rotate it around the player and so it would look like flies.

I think that he means the 'flies' you sometimes see in singleplayer when you're near boxes with garbage.

I don't know the model, let alone do I know if it's an object.
