VehicleRespawn. - GaGlets(R) - 14.11.2010

I dont know maybe its not a bug but kind a cracp, anoying fuction it is.

So if i am AFK and i have been entered vehicle which is crated with CreateVehicle or AddStaticVehicleEx and its respawn time is short, for example 100 then when i would come back from afk the car will be respawned.

Hope you understood. Now i`m sleepy and cant figure out how to write it in different way.
