Trouble installing SA:MP - Merca - 14.11.2010
Yeah. I wanna install SA:MP on this laptop, which is running Windows 7. But when I try to install it, it's stuck at
samp-license.txt. It's also 100%, but it won't load anymore. I also can't close the window.
Halp please. GTA SA single player works fine.
The download ends here, and only some stuff is installed. The SA:MP client just freezes when I open it.

Restart your computer. Make sure SA:MP isn't running.
Also try to right-click on the installation file and click on "Run as administrator.."

It's not running. I tried it as admin, don't work. Tried it in all possible compatibility modes.

Try to move GTA SA to a new folder on you'r desktop and try reinstall.

Well. It was on my desktop to begin with. But I just re installed GTA, And re named the folder..So lets see..

SAMP Debug works. But not SA:MP -_-
