Hello guys, i want a company system

explaination:
Basicly its like a house system, but then a company, so you buy the company and you get every 10 min money. But i know how to do this but my way takes long because i have to script every co ordinate and icons with text etc, how can i make it simpler. So im asking for a simple function to create these things like:

AddCompany(ID,X,Y,Z,PRICE,MONEY PER 10 MIN)
