Commands problem..Some help please!! - AlexXx95 - 11.11.2010

I have a problem with my server. I's a stunt one.
Now the problem is that every command i write in the chat it says Unknow Command!
When i complie the GameMode i have no warnings or errors.
I thought it was because of filterscripts... but i removed them and same problem.
What can I do?

yea... i use xStreamer for objects
but until now i hand no problem with the commands and I have always used this streamer

did when u start the server telling u "Files or commands not found."
and do u download the new files of the server download if not DOWNLOAD IT...
