El error dice que no tenйs el include "colors", descargalo (no sй donde estб, ni siquiera sabнa que existнa xD) y ponelo adentro de 'pawno/includes'

no debe tener demasiado, solo una definicion de colores.
podes crearlo vos mismo.

Intenta abrir el pawno de la carpeta del server...
.-Ve a la carpeta del servidor, entra en Pawno, luego abre el pawno.exe y desde el pawno abre el GM.pwn y compila..
Si no anda.. Bбjate el Include de Colors, y haz lo que te dije anteriormente..
