Idea of how i would stop a vehicle at a certain speed? like... a infernus not going faster then a faggio?
I have researched and have not figured out how to do this :S

GetVehicleVelocity use that, something with that works to get the speed. I don't know how to use it though.

Well i dont want somthing as complicated as that, i need somthing small to set vehicle speeds (or a stock?)
but i need it for a manual transmission im making. The other ones out there arent what im making :P
