hello guys is there an program which you can build easly in-game whit working doors and elevators e.t.c orsow?

I don't think so, try the search bar.
To add objects install MTA then use the map editor, save the map and go into the MTA SA Directory then convert the map using ConvertFFS, then add the objects into your GameMode.
You can get In-Game map editors though, try looking the the FS section.

u can use MTA and u need to make the doors to move or elevators with PAWNO
