Hi,
my friend has got a problem and he made this video:

We tried already to re-install GTA & SA-MP but it's still doesn't working.
Anyone know a solution?

I got the same problem, I downloaded the whole GTA Sa and reinstalled it, it worked for me, But now after two days its the same thing again, I'll let you know if I get a resolution on the problem and would apperciate if you'd do the same. Good luck!

C:\Users\Andreas\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files (this is for windows vista - 7) and delete gta_sa.set try that
