It is a radio system using Icognitos plugin of audio external
How to add?
In Filterscript add:

AddRadio("NAME OF RADIO","URL OF RADIO"); // in onfilterscriptinit
Transfer the files to the server folder
in Server.cfg:

Obs:
The player needs this file to run the radio:

You could easily just use Incognito's Audio Plugin. It does this same thing, with more functions...

I don't like the Incognito's Audio Plugin because you have to download external client. I mean, there is no possibility to make something that will work without external client, but I don't like it.
