Help new server - Marty_Alex - 29.10.2010

Hi i made a new server i am new to this

i have a modem and i dont know how to portfoward whatever that is

please how do i make my serve come on the internet list

thanks please explain in details my server is 0.3b r2

thanks but i dont have router i have modem with wireless internet and las venturas the tut is confusing

Okay so you have a gate way,
Go to Run Type In CMD
Then do ipconfig all
Then find default gateway
then use your gateways ip and type it into your internet browser
then use your gateways gui to port forward port 7777.

Please note some isps block ports as a safety precaution.

I had same problem....You have to allow the Port(w/e it is eg. 7777)through windows firewall,And you have wireless like me,Meaning we dont have "Static" IP's meaning thay allways have the same IP,We have "Dynamic" IP's meaning ours changes everytime we dissconnect,Now use www.no-ip.com to get software to direct your dynamic ip to a host name (eg. your-server:7777) and players just add that everytime thay want to find your server and the software will direct them....I suggest you goto www.serverffs.com and just buy a 24/7 cheap server wit IP and control panel...
