Hello, i am just wondering what is the best mapping tool out there to use?? Something that lets me change interiors and a lot of cool features and doesnt lag..

MTA is the easiest.

If i just download MTA from the site, will it have the map editor with it?

Why do we have to create another thread asking this question? I've seen it asked and answered hundreds of times, all you had to do was search. The best is Multi Theft Auto - you won't get more precise with anything else.
