if you host it on Linux, check file names spelling, like User or user etc.
Because Linux knows difference

I'm trying to locally host my server on windows and it should work, but apparently I forgot something obvious, I'm clueless at the moment tho

I had incognito's streamer plugin added onto my script and I forgot to include streamer.dll in my server.cfg
