i've a problem - MBX97 - 20.10.2010

My problem is how to create factions , i mean clans , like /c for the clan special chat no 1 can see it untill be from the clan and just the admins who set u from clan or not , if i know how to do that , i'll surly know how to make to the clan a cool base and they spawn in it if they are from the clan but if not they will spawn in the original spawn place , so plz help me with this
