Dynamic Factions [HELP] - ArshavinII - 17.10.2010

can someone please help me .. with Dynamic Factions/orgnizations Evry Factions Law/Government, Gangs/Mafia , PrivateBussines ..

For law and government each org.. has an Leader, skins ids, weapons, and leader can /acceptrequests can make /setco-leader and stuff, and for gangs same Leader and for not leaders has a commands and stuff and skin ids, weapons
... and for Private Bussines same to But, in gangs and Private Bussines an /ad command .. and in law /lw(lawchat)

.... anyway i jst giving explaniation.. i hope someone please help me..

Please dnt jst say bad words and stuff am trying to do it from alot time..
