what textdraw create is for a textdraw in the middle on the upper part of the screen, and what create for upper right corner?

I do know how to add them to my server, but when I open server.exe it says unable to load textdraw...

wait, no this is an individual ext draw system, i just need the text create numbers to get my text on top of the screen...
