Hey,

Random question but, is it possible to make it so upon registration an external video is streamable into the server, for the player to see? [full screen]

No, it's not possible.

He could use SetPlayerCameraPos or SetPlayerCameraLookAt to do a little tutorial of the server. That is as close as it could get to being a video.
