plugin question - TheMarGTA - 10.10.2010

Hi,

I wanted to know if it was possible to have a plugin that will install custom cars, and custom sounds. Is it possible to make one plugin for all items, and have it only so it runs when the player connects to our server, avoiding conflicting for when the player joins other servers? [i.e custom cars won't apear in the other servers.]

Yeah also look up icognito's audio plugin, thats for the custom sounds
