SetVehicleToRespawn - Rac3r - 10.10.2010

Bug: If a player is in a vehicle while you use 'SetVehicleToRespawn' and the player looks left/right the players client will crash.

I previously thought it was DestroyVehicle, but with some debugging it's definitely SetVehicleToRespawn.

Easily avoided with code fixes, just would be nice if it was fixed fully.
