Crash at loading - regdude - 09.10.2010

Hi!
I have a problem with SA-MP 0.3, I didn't have it with older SA-MP versions.
When the game loads at about 90% I get a crash.

I have reinstalled GTA SA many times!
Windows XP Pro SP3.

P.S.
I have changed many many settings in my Windows XP to gain performance (like disabling services, removing libraries, registry tweaks etc), but I can't remember them all.
