Seriusly guys , is SA-MP Dieying? i press the Hosted tab and only i see 30 or 40 servers with people and just the 46% are good servers with good ammount of people (+50) the other part is empty or with 10-20 users , is samp dieying?

No. Review the statistics before asking retarded questions: http://www.sa-mp.com/

The usual day peak is around 15-18 thousand players (from what I've seen). SA-MP recently hit the record of 20204 players (or something around that), SA-MP is not dying at all.

The only reason that you're finding less servers on the hosted tab is due to complications with new sign-ups for the hosted tab, see here: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=178842
