GF - Spawn problem - Scriptor - 07.10.2010

hello..
i have problem with login spawn...
when user registrate its normally but when he relog he dont see anything (like chosing skin but nothing there)
admin must /sethp id 0 to him and then he will spawn normally... how can i fix that... thaks alot
