Dont see server from far distance - Tomboeg - 01.10.2010
I have portforwarded a server myself and 1 friend in my street can find it
But some friend from italy does not.
How can i fix it??

Are you sure you are using your 'outside' ip? (so not your local network ip)
If you friend can find you, and your Italian friend not, maybe he (closest friend) can receive signals from your network, while that friend in Italia can't cuz its to far away.

More then likely if It's his neighbour, they're using the same network, and that's why.

I'm making a presumption that you and your neighbour are on the same ISP, correct?
Have you tried your server IP with the SA-MP connection tool?

just in case you may think that servers do not work for over-seas, they do. You are probably on the same LAN as your buddy, but OBV not the same as your italian buddy. Unless you use Logmein's Hamachi
