hi,

I have a training server. Commands must work quickly (to decrease lag). I want to decrease onfoot_rate to 30 from 40. Does it makes crashes or smth?

describes the usage of the stream variables, there are no repercussion effects except for bandwidth usage / CPU usage for changing the rates.
