I believe on the wiki this is a tutorial on how to make team deathmatch. Use that and make the factions using the code snippets i guess. Sorry but this is not script request thread area.

Ask in the script request if you want something made for you next time..

Read the PAWN tutorial @wiki.sa-mp.com.
It shows you how to make teams, which is particularly the same as jobs.
