is there any cmd like /attachvehicle, so it like attach's the closest vehicle to the persons vehicle O.o its hard to explain but aweomse stuntages has it, i would like it to for my server xD

I think you can attach vehicles to each other using AttachTrailerToVehicle

it should be KEY_FIRE for both onfoot and in vehicle
