Hey. I got some strange problem with ping. It happens only in italian servers and only in evenings. In morning i got 70 ping there, but in evening it goes high to 200. I'm from Lithuania, other servers from Germany,U.K works smooth with 70 or 80 ping. Also I have some friends who have the same internet like me, and they doesn't have this crap. Later I recognised that I got this problem only in server which begins with numbers 95.141.32.52.

afternoons would be peak times where your ISP would be operating. Maybe your isp has trouble connecting to Italian servers in these peak times.
