Problem with language forum - CAR - 21.09.2010

I've got a really big problem with the language...

I just don't know which language it is, but somehow it's changed.
Like this: Сообщество

I just need to find where I can change it.
I know how to come by profile, but not what to do after that
Please give me the number of the menu from the top where to change the language and then I hope I can find it

You can change your language in the bottom left corner of the forum.
