Question about making a off limits zone - prez_jake - 20.09.2010

i was woundering about how i would make a zone off limits to all players because the players seem to freeze for no reason at all when they go there can you help me find out why they freeze or can you help me make a off limits zone
because right now i could not figure it out and just stuck some towers on top of it i need a perminet soluiton
please help

that will cut off hole buttum of map i mean like opposite like the reverse of it like the player can go any where but there
like if i do world bounds it will cut off the whole buttum of the map and i do not want that
