wont connnect 2 server - killanator10 - 17.09.2010

hi i wanted to play on a sevrer so when i click connect it goes blank switch to windows 7 home basic(i know it does tht) then after it goes back 2 windows 7 ultimate and i tried reinstalling gta sa and sa:mp please help
