Vehicle mod plugin? - Hal - 17.09.2010

I'm pretty sure that i have seen a plugin that allows everyone in the server to see the mods that the server owner has set. I know it sounds kinda crazy, but.... its been released and i cant find it. i have searched and i dont think it helps that i cannot remember the name of it :P

If anyone can remind me of the name that would be great. i was also thinking that it may have been removed ?
