Hello i need server help plzz - Elmerzz - 16.09.2010

Hello i port foward i have my server ONLINE but there is a problem every time i turn off my modem then the ip changes in my server config i went and i put bind (ip) on top of my port then i turnd my server on and it dosent want to come up with bin how can i make have the bin plzzz

i dont want to youse my modem becouse every time i torn it of it changes the ip i want to use bind what can i do

Or just stop using home connection and buy professional hosting.
