Car Ownership .cfg - Karl1195 - 14.09.2010

This is a la-rp server can u explain to me how u know if it's own or not:

It's not the name or some thing... because when i changed it to Dealership, it says it's owned by dealership i want to make it for sale.... /v buy /asellcar or /v sell don't really work they bug the server.
