How do i make jobs like cops, truckers, citizens? And what i mean is i want them to choose when they spawn. And how do i make cop only vehicles and jail system to jail a person whos wanted.

Uff, that are a lot of big questions. I cant explain them in short. A simple answer that should help you at least a tiny bit: Use teams to detect jobs.
For the rest, experiment a bit or (this might be even harder) look at existing scripts like Ravens RP or Godfather, your questions are too big too answer them here.
